Transformative Urban Coalitions (TUC) Library
These publications show how the Transformative Urban Coalitions (TUC) initiative is advancing experimental climate governance in Latin America through Urban Labs, mindset shifts, and participatory co-creation. They document how cities adapt the Urban Lab model to their local realities, how these spaces nurture transformative learning and behavioural change, and how tools such as participatory photography help shape shared narratives of sustainable urban futures. The frontrunner city case studies further illustrate how socially just, community-driven climate action can take root in practice. Taken as a whole, these documents show how TUC supports inclusive, context-sensitive, and systemic urban transitions.
