This document is an updated version of the guidance texts for Swedish Climate Contract 2030 version 2025/2026. It is intended to support dialogue and process management in local work. The document is not intended for further distribution. The long-term purpose of the guidance is to create a common basis and understanding of the process and content of the Climate Contracts, based on the various parts of the Transition Map (see Figure 1). It will therefore also be updated and developed iteratively as we learn together. Another aim is to facilitate the onboarding of new municipalities, enabling them to quickly learn our common language, descriptions and definitions so that they can participate in and contribute to our transformative journey towards our mission.
