Decent Work in Nature-based Solutions: Unlocking jobs through investment in skills and nature-based infrastructure 2024

This 2024 report (International Labour Office and International Union for Conservation of Nature) continues from the 2022 report, by examining the global and regional development of the NbS agenda, taking stock of the progress made, further quantifying the impact of NbS on job creation and loss. In particular, it provides new insights into the implications of nature-based infrastructure on decent work and the emerging skills requirements for scaling up the use of NbS.
