Economic Case for Decarbonization Tutorial

The economic case is the foundation of a city’s decarbonization strategic plan as documented in the Climate City Contract (CCC). The NZC Economic Model is a tool that supports a process for creation of the economic case. Through the process, cities validate and improve upon their Climate Action Plans and Investment Plans for inclusion in the CCC.
