Ecosystem Activation Tools (PDF Version)

This is a PDF version of the Ecosystem Activation Tools. You can find the digital version here: Engagement Strategy Tools

What are the Ecosystem Activation Tools?

The Ecosystem Activation Tools are a set of resources which can be used to identify where to start when it comes to engaging the citizens and urban stakeholders in your city. The tools offer an opportunity to diagnose your most pressing citizen and stakeholder engagement needs. They also offers ways to find and pair any approach you are, or plan to take, with additional, complementary citizen and stakeholder engagement services from NetZeroCities.

These are services which have been developed by experts in the field of citizen and stakeholder engagement and which can be used on your own with your transition team or with support from an expert facilitator from one of NetZeroCities City Support Groups.

The Ecosystem Activation Tools consists of two self-led services:

  • The Ecosystem Check-Up: Define your local ecosystem needs and identify which service or services you can use to start addressing those needs with the citizens and urban stakeholders in your city.

  • The Activation Pathfinder: Build on what you’ve already done or plan to do by finding additional, complementary NetZeroCities services which can help you engage and activate the citizens and urban stakeholders in your city.
