The Free Mobility Program of Cascais

The Free Mobility Program of Cascais promotes free access to buses and shared bicycles for Cascais residents, students, and workers to increase Public transportation use and reduce GHGs emissions. Also, the Program seeks to promote social inclusion by easily connecting the people to their jobs, social events, education, health care and leisure activities, as well as to create employment opportunities.
